Service Model

FoxoVPN provides a lightweight VPN/proxy client experience. The app fetches free node configuration, caches nodes locally, and lets users select a node to start a VPN connection.

No Account Backend

FoxoVPN does not currently provide user accounts, device registration, premium-node entitlement, wallet, referral, points systems, server-side subscription receipt validation, or FoxoVPN backend checkout.

Ads And Subscriptions

The free version may show in-app ads. A subscription removes in-app ads while the local subscription state is active. Subscriptions do not unlock premium nodes, dedicated servers, account features, or backend services in the current product phase.

Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules when using FoxoVPN. Users must not use the app for abuse, fraud, attacks, harassment, or illegal activity.

Free Nodes

Free nodes may change, become unavailable, slow down, or fail without notice. FoxoVPN may update, remove, or reorder cached nodes to improve reliability. FoxoVPN does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific node location, a fixed speed, or availability of any third-party website or service.

Local Data

The app stores configuration, node cache, selected node, preferences, and local subscription state on the device. Clearing app data or reinstalling the app may remove these records.
